Bob. He’s so funny. Seriously one of the funniest guys I’ve ever met. Not only is he one of the best and most talented wedding and event videographers in Indianapolis, he is a joy to work with. A lot of bride and grooms overlook hiring videographers for their wedding, and although I’m a professional wedding photographer, I have a deep passion for video. I can take fabulous candid photos all day long, but there are certain moments of the wedding day that you simply need video to fully capture. Of course the vows at the ceremony, but especially the reception. I can capture awesome dance moves, etc. but a videographer captures the sound and music, the motion and all of the action without the “freeze frames.” It’s a misnomer that videographers and photographers compete, when in fact, we do best when we work together. It is the perfect way for a bride and groom to have the full story on video and in their wedding album. I will say that I do not like working with amateur videographers because of their lack of experience, they ruin my photos, step in front of me and ruin my photos with their lights when used wrong. This is why I highly recommend Bob Ridge with Indy Visual – and if you know me, I don’t stick my neck out for many vendors in this industry – he’s the best and a seasoned pro.
